UK Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Times

All Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of Orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional business days. If there will be a significant delay in dispatching Your Order, We will contact You via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Delivery (3–5 Business Days)

    • Cost: Free

  • Express Delivery (1–2 Business Days)

    • Cost: £12.95 GBP

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has been dispatched containing your tracking number(s), where applicable. Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

Damages

Coffee Machine Club is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If You receive Your Order damaged, please contact the delivery carrier to file a claim.
